I like to roast coat my veggies with a little low sodium soy sauce (can always add more salt), balsamic vinegar, and everything but the bagel seasoning! Then roast in the oven at 400 degrees for roughly 40-45 minutes! Maybe less, but I love my veggies crispy! 🥦🥕🍆😋
