More on that later, but I just wanted to share this yummy dish I pulled together last minute. Honey soy glazed chicken with cauliflower risotto. 🤤
Can you say YUM!? Literally took frozen chicken breast and threw them into the instant pot with the sauce mix and it was perfectly done in no time at all. It was juicy, cooked through, and perfectly paired with a cauliflower risotto by @alexiafoods.
One bowl wonder filled with lean protein, carbs, healthy fats and veggies! Perfect fuel formula 💪🏻
