I’m completely joking, but this super simple recipe will satisfy that thin mint craving any time of the year. Additionally, I love how few ingredients there are! Whole wheat ritz crackers (whole grains=more vitamins), mint dark chocolate (rich source of antioxidants & minerals, and may lower the risk of heart disease, reduce inflammation and insulin resistance, and improve brain function), and crushed peppermint to top!
