A lovely makeover recipe with healthy swaps that don’t sacrifice flavor.
Healthy alterations:
-Rolled oats have lots of fiber and give you a serving of your daily whole grains
-Using honey and the apples give the dessert the desired natural sweetness without added sugars
-Serving with greek yogurt gives you extra protein which will make you feel fuller and more satisfied
At the end of the day you’ll have been able to enjoy a delicious dessert, guilt free!
To do with no pumpkin simply swap out the pumpkin purée with applesauce and the pumpkin spice with cinnamon!
