The best part is you can get creative and individualize it to your liking ☺️
What’s in mine?
-Frozen mixed berries and cherries -Chocolate whey protein (I used @biprousa chocolate whey because I had a sample!) -A prebiotic/probiotic blend (I used @sarahs_day body bloom powder just so I could try, but any yogurt/kefir would be just as good and add creaminess!) -Water (Can use milk of any kind!) -Spinach (Getting my greens in without having to taste!) Blended it all up and topped with some fresh blueberries, chocolate chunk granola, and a few coconut flakes for flavor and texture!
This was just a snack for me but if you wanted it to be more sustainable and filling I suggest adding Greek yogurt for extra protein and dairy, using a milk rather than water, and possibly adding a banana and some nut butter to top! 😋💪🏻 #whatsinyourbowl #bowlsfordays #healthyisdelicious #strongisbeautiful #foodisfuel
